Ordering, Pricing and Shipping Insurance

GWM Racing Shop Website - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once the order is verified, the customer will receive a confirmation email as proof of their order.

You can track the status of your order from the Members Area and Order History.

For pre-sales assistance and after-sales service, you can communicate through the page "Contact Support".

The prices and costs of the products sold on the website are expressed in Euros (€). The prices do not include shipping costs, payment processing fees, shipping insurance and taxes. However, at the end of the purchase process, you will be informed of the shipping and shipping insurance costs before payment.

Prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website. GWM Racing Shop reserves the right to change the prices of parts at any time.

Payment method: We do not accept cash on delivery, only bank transfer.

All orders placed on the GWM Racing Shop website are subject to the terms of retention of title. They remain the property of GWM Racing Shop until the order price has been paid in full.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery and the customer is responsible for purchasing shipping insurance for the proper preservation of the parts.

網站上銷售的價格及費用預設以歐元 (€) 為單位。價格不包含運費、付款手續費及運輸保險和稅金。但在購買流程結束時，付款前會告知運費及運輸保險費用。

只要價格在網站上顯示就始終有效。GWM Racing Shop保留隨時更改零件價格的權利。

付款方式：我們不接受貨到付款，只接受銀行匯款。

Transportation Insurance

If the purchased goods are fragile parts such as glass or shells, the buyer (customer) is responsible for purchasing insurance to prevent risks during transportation.

If there is a claim for package damage, product loss, packaging damage or parts damage, if such a dispute occurs, we will assist in applying for claims if you have purchased transportation insurance.

However, if the buyer (customer) does not purchase transportation insurance, after the parts are shipped, the consequences caused during transportation, such as damage, breakage, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, we GWM Racing Shop will not be responsible for any consequences, and these products will not be refunded.

如果購買的商品為玻璃或外殼等易碎零件，買家（客戶）有責任購買保險，以防範運輸過程中的風險。

若發生包裝破損、產品遺失、包裝損壞或零件損壞等理賠糾紛，如果您已購買運輸保險，我們將協助您申請理賠。

但是，如果買家（客戶）未購買運輸保險，零件出貨後，在運輸過程中造成的損壞、破損、磨損或因搬運不當造成的損壞等後果，我們長城汽車賽車店將不承擔任何責任，且這些產品不予退款。

Shipping and Delivery

Please note that we are unable to ship same day.

Payment method: Bank transfer, the item will be shipped on the next business day after receiving payment and reply of delivery address (confirmed before 3pm).

We offer international shipping services, and the delivery address may be all over the world.

Chunghwa Post Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on the heavier of the volumetric weight and the actual weight, and the rates are based on the current standards. Length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6,000 = volumetric weight (kg).

When purchasing multiple items, international orders can be shipped together and only one shipping fee is required. However, for larger or very heavy packages, the shipping fee may be different. In this case, the shipping fee will be negotiated at the time of purchase. Please be sure to wait until the seller corrects the shipping fee before making payment.

However, in special cases, GWM Racing Shop reserves the right to ship in batches to maintain transportation conditions and quality. In this case, the shipping fee will be charged for a single shipment only.

The order status can be viewed in the "My Account" section, which will be automatically updated a few minutes after the order is verified on the GWM Racing Shop website.

After the item is shipped, we will invite you to track your package by specifying the package number.

Please note that we do not accept any cancellation or return for any reason after the used item is shipped.

購買多件商品時，國際訂單可合併配送，只需支付一次運費。但是，對於體積較大或非常重的包裹，運費可能會有所不同。在這種情況下，運費將在購買時協商確定。請務必等到賣方修正運費後再進行支付。

不過在特殊情況下，GWM Racing Shop 保留分批發貨的權利，以維護運輸條件和品質。遇此狀況下，運費將僅按單次發貨收取。

訂單狀態可在「我的帳戶」部分查看，該狀態會在GWM Racing Shop 網站上驗證訂單幾分鐘後自動更新。

商品寄出後，我們將邀請您透過指定包裹號碼追蹤您的包裹。

Taxes and Duties

Products purchased on the GWM Racing Shop website can be shipped worldwide.

Therefore, products sold on the GWM Racing Shop website are exported to any country at the request of the customer and are responsible for handling customs documents in accordance with Taiwanese law. These documents will be affixed to your package (the tariff is calculated based on the package volume: length x width x height). Each customer will be considered an exporter and will be solely responsible for all duties, taxes and VAT incurred.

When your order package enters your country, the taxes or duties incurred will be charged by your country. You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and fees in force in your country.

NOTE: GWM Racing Shop does not provide tax refund services and therefore does not provide tax refund forms to its customers.

稅金和關稅

因此，GWM Racing Shop 網站銷售的產品，在客戶的要求下出口到任何一個國家並依照台灣法律負責處理海關文件。這些文件將貼在您的包裹上（關稅以包裹體積：長 x 寬 x 高 計算），每一位客戶將被視為出口商，並將獨自承擔所有產生的關稅、稅金和增值稅。

當您的訂單貨物包裹進入您的國家/地區時，所產生的稅金或關稅將由您所在的國家/地區收取。您有責任繳納您所在國家/地區現行的所有關稅、稅費。

注意：GWM Racing Shop 不提供退稅服務，因此不會向其客戶提供退稅表格。

收到後檢查包裹及其內容

無論包裹透過何種方式遞送，收件人（每位購買人）都必須檢查包裝狀況以及包裹內容(包裹損壞、缺少零件、包裝損壞、零件破損等)。
